Delete your account

You can delete your Fanapult account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Fanapult and go to your Profile.
Tap the gear to open Settings and privacy.
Tap Account, then Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you'll confirm with Apple too.

Your account is deleted right away. This can't be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, card and username
Every slip and pick
Your graded record, bet types and trophies
Your crew, crew requests and sweats
Your alerts, notification devices and settings

If you signed in with Apple, deleting also removes Fanapult's access to your Apple ID. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep things.

Deleting Fanapult doesn't touch any sportsbook account. Fanapult never holds money or bets.

Can't get into the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or tell us your username and how you sign in) with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you, delete the account, and reply when it's done, usually within 7 days.

Just want a break?

You don't have to delete anything. You can turn off alerts in Settings and privacy → Notifications, set slips to Just me, or simply sign out.
